KAYLA MITCHELL, LMFT

for when life gets messy

Spilled Therapy provides attachment informed, humanistic, and affirming therapy for LGBTQ+ adults and couples, as well as women navigating health related concerns. Whether you're building a life with a partner, processing the emotional weight of your health, or working through patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, I help clients move past what's keeping them stuck so they can build the kind of connection that actually feels good, with others and with themselves.

I also work with people navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, whether that's something you've known for a while or something you're just starting to name. These things rarely show up alone. They tend to tangle up with perfectionism, relationship struggles, and that exhausting feeling of never quite being understood. So instead of just managing symptoms, we get curious about the bigger picture: who you are, how you relate to people, and what's actually going on underneath.
